Returns & Refunds Policy

At Mindconnect Australia, we stand by the quality of our products. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Deciding you no longer want the item
  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere
  • Accidental purchases

Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under Australian Consumer Law if an item:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is significantly different from its description
  • Is damaged upon arrival
  • Does not perform as reasonably expected

If you believe your item meets one of the above criteria, please contact us at support@mindconnectaustralia.com.au within 14 days of receipt, providing your order number and clear photos or details of the issue.

Assessment of Returns

All return requests for faulty or incorrect items will be assessed upon receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the issue is found not to be a fault under Australian Consumer Law.

Shipping Costs

  • For approved faulty or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by Mindconnect Australia.
  • For all other returns (where applicable), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Our returns policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.
