Shipping policy

Australia Post Shipping Costs:

$12.95 – Standard Post 

$19.95 – Express Post 

Please note we only ship within Australia.

FREE shipping for orders over $300. 

Orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel and require a signature on delivery. If the driver is unable to obtain a signature, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office for collection. If you would prefer your parcel to be left without a signature, you can add a note to your order at checkout. Please note this is at your own risk.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don't receive this email, please contact support@mindconnectaustralia.com.au.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available once your order has been placed and you have received your pickup notification email.
